Two New Schools Korfball Champions Crowned, One Still to be Decided
MKX Youth Korfball and the Bucks and Milton Keynes Sport Partnership recently held four tournaments for local schools. The two primary school and two secondary school events were all exciting and competitive yet very friendly and fair.
MKX is looking for new players in the New Year and boys and girls of all ages and experience are welcome.

MK Clubs Host Joint Games Night Social
We are meeting on 7th December at 7.30pm for a pizza and games night (board games and pool and darts too!). The venue is Loughton Sports and Social Club and the night is open to everyone.
So...as training is cancelled on Monday 7th we expect to see all you Colossus players there as well as the usual Roos, Wallabies, MKX and Rogues. It may even be that we play the games in clubs teams (nothing wrong with a bit of healthy competition, eh!) or we can all play nice together!
Bucks and Oakgrove are also welcome. Cost is £8 a head and although you can pay on the day we do need confirmed numbers in order to arrange the grub.
And let's not forget that we also have a night out planned on 12th December - back in Stony, as per last year's successful outing! Who knows what other US states will be mentioned!!!!! :oP
See y'all soon no doubt!

Why can't it always be korfball time?
Wish you could play korfball all the time? Me too. Perhaps a kooky one-off, perhaps the start of a fantastic weekly feature, this is the first "Why can't it always be korfball time?" top tip for bringing korfball to the daily grind that is your time outside of korfball.
This week's task, to brighten your life and improve your korfball:
Practice your veers at work!
Don't just walk straight to the kitchen to get your coffee: walk towards the door, make a strong movement back towards the photocopier, and then dart in and beat your colleagues out!
Just a thought.

This Week's Profile Question - What were your first few weeks korfing like?
This week's profile question is "What were your first few weeks of korfball like?".
